Product Return Policy

Supply and transportation of products

  1. We make every effort to ensure that the order arrives quickly, and in accordance with the product basket updated at the time of purchase. At the same time, human errors may occur when collecting items for ordering.

  2. Delivery by delivery will involve the payment of a shipping fee of 15-50 NIS, which will be added to the order amount. The responsibility for the shipment, the integrity of the products and their condition at the time of delivery will be on the shipping company, and the customer confirms in his purchase that he will have no claim against the company in this regard.

  3. The Company undertakes to provide only a product which has been paid for in full by credit card as specified in section 3 above.

  4. The delivery time will be in accordance with the time stated on the information page of each product from the moment of confirmation of receipt of the order, and during business hours.

  5. 4REAL will not be responsible for delays beyond its control and / or originating from the customer, including but not limited to a delay due to difficulty in contacting the customer during coordination hours. Such delay will not be considered a breach of 4REAL's obligation to supply the Product. Failure to respond within 3 days to an SMS (coordination of delivery hours) and which will be sent within 24 hours of placing an order will lead to the delivery of the product to the address entered in the order. It is clarified for the avoidance of doubt that this situation will not entitle the customer to a refund for the shipping fees paid by him, as stated above and in case of return of the shipment to the company offices will apply to the customer when the shipment is reissued from the company offices.

  6. Delivery of products by delivery purchased on the site will be possible only in certain delivery areas as defined by the company and at its sole discretion. You can check whether it is possible to place an order at a specific address by contacting customer service  In WhatsApp before placing the order. It is clarified that notwithstanding the aforesaid, the company will be entitled to change the delivery areas from time to time at its discretion and without prior notice. Without derogating from the above, the company may refuse to deliver products by delivery even to the address in the area of delivery when the area is restricted from a security and / or technical point of view and / or special actions are required to deliver the shipment to that area and / or poses a danger to the courier and / or For any other reason, and all at the sole discretion of the Company.

  7. When delivering the product between shipping, 4Real and / or anyone on its behalf may require the presence of the credit card holder when delivering the products and / or presenting the credit card holder's ID card as a condition of delivery of the products.

Cancellation Policy

  1. The order cancellation policy will be subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: "the Consumer Protection Law"), and the provisions of the following section shall not derogate from it.

  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 60 above and due to the limitations of the Corona epidemic, it will not be possible to cancel his transaction and / or return and / or exchange a product after it has left the customer from the company's warehouses.

  3. Cancellation of an order within the deadline set by law will only be possible provided that their packaging has not been opened and no use has been made of the product and the presentation of the transaction invoice.

  4. Cancellation of an order before shipping the product to the customer will be done as detailed below. The cancellation will take effect only with the confirmation of receipt of the notice by the company, provided that the order has not yet been sent to the customer:

For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that in case of cancellation of an order that has already left the company's warehouses to the shipping company, the customer will be deducted double courier fee (for returning the additional shipment to the company warehouses) plus cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS.

  7. The warranty on electric machines is for 3 months and is subject to use according to the manufacturer's instructions. Broken machines will be repaired and returned to the customer (who will bear the shipping costs in both directions) The company will not provide a new machine.

  8. For the avoidance of doubt, it should be emphasized that the purchase of the course constitutes the acquisition of knowledge only and in any case the receipt of a certification is conditional on the purchase of a basket of products from the manufacturers appearing on the site and sending a "before / after" photo to the satisfaction of the course administrators.
    It should be emphasized that in any case, the site and / or its owners are not responsible for the results of the treatments and / or their consequences.

  11. It is forbidden to photograph, transfer and / or distribute the content of the courses.

  12. It is not possible to watch a particular course on two devices simultaneously. Viewing more than three devices and / or 3 different IPs will result in the company being blocked by the company.

  13. If, after placing an order on the website, it becomes clear that the product is out of stock and / or that it cannot be delivered, an e-mail will be sent to the customer (or the company representative will contact him by phone) informing him of canceling the order without charging and / or refunding The customer has any claim against the company for this. Alternatively,  4Real may offer the customer an alternative product, equivalent to the product ordered. The customer will be given the right to choose whether he is interested in the alternative product or whether he is interested in canceling the order in relation to the same product without charge and / or returning his money as charged (as the case may be). The customer will not have any claim and / or demand and / or claim of any kind and type against 4Real in such case.

  14. If after the delivery of the product the order to the customer it becomes clear that not all the products in the order were delivered to the customer, the customer will contact the company as soon as possible and in one of the ways listed above and no later than 7 days from the delivery date.

  15. Products that are displayed at special prices will be provided at the special price, subject to the special being valid at the time of ordering on the website and the availability of the product in the company's inventory.
